PENGARUH MEREK DAN KOMUNIKASI PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN BUSANA DI TOKO ORIGIN MALL CIPUTRA SERAYA)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of brands and marketing communications on fashion customer satisfaction at the Origin Mall Ciputra Seraya store. The sample of this research was 95 people. The data technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the research results, it was found that the brand variable partially influenced fashion customer satisfaction at the Origin Mall Ciputra Seraya store, marketing communication partially influenced fashion customer satisfaction at the Origin Mall Ciputra Seraya store. Brands and marketing communications simultaneously or together influence fashion customer satisfaction at the Origin Mall Ciputra Seraya store.
