Abstract

This research on the development of diorama media assisted by QR Code is motivated by the less than optimal use of learning media, because teachers only use student book media as a learning process in class IV water cycle material. The use of books as material support is considered inadequate, because there is no other media that can help facilitate student understanding of water cycle material. This research aims to develop a learning media device. This media is made to provide solutions to the lack of variety of learning media and the demands of era 5.0. This diorama media assisted by QR Code of water cycle material is in the form of three-dimensional blocks. This research uses the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) development model. The validity of the development of diorama media assisted by QR Code is determined from the validation results of media experts and material experts. The results of the feasibility trial of diorama media assisted by QR Code of both media experts get an average score in the percentage of 92.66% with the category “very valid”. The assessment of the two material experts obtained an average of 91.11% with the category “very valid”. Product development tests to (practitioners) class teachers get a percentage score of 100% and tests to users (students) class IV a total of 20 students get a percentage score of 93.30%, so it can be concluded that the media assisted by QR Code water cycle material is “very valid” and can be used in the learning process.
